Critical enterprises are allowed to temporarily book employees even with unissued military documents.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a decision allowing critical infrastructure companies to book employees even with incomplete or improper military records.
The relevant rule will apply to up to 45 days.

How it will work

According to the adopted amendments, reservation is provided temporarily - so that the employee can complete the paperwork without the risk of mobilisation.
After that, companies must confirm their status through the MCC or update their data in the Register of Persons Liable for Military Service.

«This is a technical solution to avoid stopping production in critical sectors such as energy, transport, and defence,» the government explained.
