In the Podil district the enemy hit a 9-storey residential building, where the upper floors were partially destroyed. People may be trapped under the rubble, and five people have been reported injured. Rescuers are conducting search and rescue operations.

A fire broke out in a 4-storey building on the territory of an educational institution in Podil district, and cars in the open and a warehouse building of a utility company are also burning.

Fires and damage in other districts of the capital

In Obolon district a cabin caught fire at a construction site, and in the Darnytskyi district - a fire on the territory of a petrol station. In the Shevchenkivskyi district partial damage to the facade and roof of a 9-storey residential building was recorded.

In Solomianskyi district The fires engulfed an apartment on the 16th floor of a 20-storey building, a private residential building and part of a 24-storey building on the 9th floor. Rescuers unblocked one man.

Holosiivskyi district suffered from fires at retail sites, office premises, kiosks, commercial buildings and a business centre, where the second and third floors were destroyed.
