The enemy’s daily losses on 1 August 2026
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released data on Russian military losses on the first day of August. 1,500 invaders, 1,788 operational-tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles and 69 artillery systems were destroyed. In addition, equipment losses include 10 armoured combat vehicles and 456 vehicles for various purposes.
Overall statistics on combat casualties since the start of the war
From 24 February 2022 to 2 August 2026, enemy personnel losses totalled approximately 1,449,120. A total of 12,231 tanks, 25,070 armoured fighting vehicles, 4,486 units of specialised equipment, 128,953 vehicles and tankers, as well as 2,108 ground-based robotic systems, have been destroyed.
Loss of artillery, air defence systems and air targets
In addition to armoured vehicles, the enemy has lost 47,196 artillery systems, 1,988 multiple launch rocket systems and 1,529 air defence systems. Aircraft losses amount to 439 aeroplanes, 354 helicopters, 439,291 operational-tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles and 5,007 cruise missiles.
Losses at sea
The enemy’s naval forces have recorded the loss of 34 ships and boats, as well as two submarines. These figures indicate sustained pressure on all types of the enemy’s military equipment.
