In the capital, adjustments will be made for security reasons curfew. There are also plans to extend the Siversko-Pecherska metro line and increase the number of overground public transport services during air raid alerts. At present, Kyiv’s overground public transport services are suspended during alerts, whilst metro stations are used as shelters.
Criteria will be established for businesses and public sector organisations, setting out the conditions under which they may continue to operate during a yellow alert. Separately, support will be expanded for the scaling up of modular shelters and measures to ensure the stable provision of healthcare and education services.
