Ka-226 helicopter crashes into a residential building in Dagestan, killing at least four people

In the republic Dagestan helicopter Ka-226 fell directly on a residential building in a mountain village Hunzah.
On board were seven people, including Employees of the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant, which is part of the Russian defence complex.

Sanctioned company

Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant produces control systems, diagnostics and on-board equipment for combat aircraft «Sukhoi and MiG», that Russia uses to strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.
The company is under EU, US and UK sanctions.

Causes of the accident

Russian media reported that the crew was carrying out Unscheduled flight in mountainous terrain, when the connection is lost.
