Russian attack on Odesa region

On the night of 11 November, Russian troops carried out a massive kamikaze drone attack on the southern districts of Odesa region, reports Regional military administration (RMA).

As a result of the impacts, the following were damaged Civilian energy and transport infrastructure facilities, including Ukrzaliznytsia depots and administrative buildings.

According to preliminary data, one person was wounded. Emergency services are working at the scene, carrying out repairs and assessing the extent of the damage.

Details of the attack

  • The air raid alert in Odesa region lasted more than two hours, and several series of explosions were recorded in the region.

  • The air defence forces destroyed some of the drones, but the wreckage caused a fire on the territory of industrial facilities.

  • Temporary power outages were observed in several settlements.

The OBA urged residents not to ignore the alarms and to stay in shelters during the attacks.
