Russian media claim that DPRK troops have arrived in Zaporizhzhia

Russian propaganda media have spread information about the alleged arrival of DPRK military personnel in Zaporizhzhia. According to them, North Korean units are located near Gulyaypole.

Propagandists claim that the soldiers allegedly underwent two months of training, However, there is no evidence or official confirmation of this information.

The Ukrainian side as of now did not comment on the statements of the Russian media.

Context.

This is not the first time that Russian media have spread reports of the DPRK military's involvement in the war against Ukraine. Previously, such statements have been repeatedly denied by both Seoul and Western intelligence agencies, calling them part of Russia's information and psychological operations.

North Korea officially supports Russia, but there has been no evidence of a massive presence of its military at the front.
