Six wounded in Odesa region as a result of attack

Six wounded in Odesa region as a result of night attacks, two of them children

Yesterday evening and at night, Russian troops struck again in Odesa region. As a result of the attacks six people were injured, two of them are children. This was reported by local rescue services.

Fires and destruction

Fires broke out at facilities in the region due to drone and missile strikes energy infrastructure and territories port logistics.

Warehouses, technical buildings and elements of the transport infrastructure were damaged.

The work of rescuers

The work of the SES units was hampered during the response to the attack:

• repeated air raid alarms;

• the threat of repeated attacks;

• difficult extinguishing conditions at industrial and port sites.

Rescuers continue to clear the rubble and localise the fire.

Status of the victims

Six of the wounded were taken to medical institutions. The children sustained injuries of varying severity, and doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance.
