Dnipro detains 16-year-old perpetrator of a terrorist attack
The National Police and the SBU detained A 16-year-old minor, involved in a terrorist attack in the private sector of Dnipro. According to the investigation, the teenager remotely detonated two improvised explosive devices, disguised as fire extinguishers.
The first explosion killed 35-year-old man.
