A threat of a breakthrough has been spotted near Huliaypol in Zaporizhzhia: Russian units took advantage of the uncoordinated withdrawal of one of the Defence Forces« units and entered the »exposed" flank. This was reported by a spokesman for the Southern Defence Forces Vladislav Voloshin.

According to him, the exact circumstances of what happened are being established. All data on the reasons for the retreat and the situation at the positions are being checked.

Despite the difficult situation in the Huliaypillia sector, the Commander of the Land Forces Alexander Syrsky reported on the successes at the Pokrovsko-Myrnohrad agglomeration.

Defence forces liberated 11.5 sq km of Pokrovsk territory, and forced Russian troops out of a number of positions.

The aggressor continues to redeploy reserves and chaotically change the direction of attacks, as well as resort to disguising itself as a civilian to complicate the work of Ukrainian units.
