Occupants want to transfer part of Kherson region to Belarus for construction of recreation centres - CNS

The occupation administration in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region is preparing to transfer part of the Ukrainian territory to Belarus for the construction of sanatoriums and recreation centres. This was reported by the National Resistance Centre.

According to the CNS, the invaders are discussing with the Belarusian side the allocation of plots between Genichesk and Arabatska Strelka. This refers to a plan to build several recreational facilities there, effectively transferring control over part of the coast to Minsk.

Analysts note that this could be another attempt by Russia to «pay off» Belarus for its support in the war against Ukraine.
