Consequences of Russia's massive attack on Kyiv region: one killed, wounded and destruction in five districts
Russian troops have launched a massive attack in the Kyiv region. This was reported by the regional military administration. In several districts, the destruction of housing, fires and casualties were reported.
Details of the attack
In Bucha district, two private houses, a car and a residential complex were damaged. Missile fragments were found at the site of the crash.
Five private houses were damaged in Fastiv district. Rescuers unblocked eight people from the rubble, including a child. At the same time, a 49-year-old man died after sustaining injuries incompatible with life.
A private house was damaged in Boryspil district. A woman was injured by glass shards. A fire also broke out on the territory of a farm.
Ten premises in a garage cooperative in Brovary district were damaged.
Damage to warehouses and a private house was reported in Obukhiv district.
Context.
Russia continues systematic air attacks on Ukraine, using missiles and attack drones. Kyiv region is regularly shelled, despite the work of air defence forces.
The Ukrainian authorities are once again urging citizens not to ignore air raid warnings and to take shelter during the threat of attacks.
