For the first time, the authoritative American publication TIME has presented a special global ranking TIME100 Sports, which identifies the 100 most important figures shaping the modern landscape of world sport. The WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight titles holder Oleksandr Usyk has been officially included in the list.
The magazine's editors divided the nominees into several categories. The Ukrainian boxer was in the group «Leaders» alongside key officials, coaches and athletes from around the world, including the head of the UFC Dayna White.
Why Usyk was included in the ranking: TIME's position
