Two suspects have been charged under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code. The court has ordered them to be remanded in custody for 60 days, subject to the possibility of bail.

According to the investigation, the accomplice transported people, received payments and provided instructions on how to behave in the event of a possible encounter with law enforcement officers and when crossing the border illegally.
