A massive nighttime enemy attack damaged energy infrastructure in Kyiv and eight regions of Ukraine. Two power engineers were injured and are in hospital. Power engineers are working in an emergency mode to restore power to all consumers without restrictions.

Massive shelling of energy facilities
On the night of 2 June, the enemy carried out another combined attack across Ukraine, targeting the energy infrastructure. As a result of the shelling, consumers in Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovs'k, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Kharkiv and Cherkasy regions, were temporarily left without electricity. This has affected the vital activity of many regions.
Damage to a production site in Kyiv and injuries to power engineers
In the capital, the enemy damaged the production site and infrastructure of an energy company. Two employees were injured and taken to hospital for medical treatment. The condition of the injured remains under medical control.
The oil and gas industry and the work of operational services
Except for energy facilities, The enemy attacked the infrastructure of the oil and gas industry. Damage was recorded, but there were no injuries among the employees. Rescuers and operational services are working to eliminate the consequences to prevent additional accidents.
Restoration of electricity supply and recommendations for consumers
Power engineers are working in an intensive mode, carrying out round-the-clock repair work. No power supply restrictions are expected today. Consumers are advised to shift active energy consumption to daytime hours from 11:00 to 15:00, and to use electricity as sparingly as possible in the evening from 18:00 to 22:00 to reduce the load on the system.
