According to Onet, Russian «Geran-5» jet drones struck near the Polish border; one of them hit a train, whilst another crashed near a border crossing. The nearest strikes occurred one kilometre and five kilometres from Poland.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Radoslav Sikorsky stated that Russian terrorism «is not just knocking at the door; it is already inside the house». According to him, Russia’s hybrid war has entered a «kinetic» phase and has long since gone beyond online disinformation.
Sikorsky referred to regular attempts at sabotage in Poland and other NATO countries. He described the latest attacks on border infrastructure as yet another dangerous escalation by the Kremlin.
