Incident in Kryvyi Rih: a member of the TCC is wounded

In Kryvyi Rih, a serviceman of a territorial recruitment centre was stabbed during an incident involving a warning group and the police. This was reported by the Dnipropetrovs'k regional recruitment centre and joint venture.

According to official information, there were no other victims.

Event details

The incident took place on 24 February 2026. The alert group, together with the National Police, stopped the citizen to check his military registration documents.

The TCC noted that the man was allegedly a violator of military registration and was wanted.

During the conversation, unauthorised persons interfered, which led to a conflict. As a result of the aggressive actions, one of the soldiers was stabbed.

Condition of the wounded

The victim was promptly hospitalised. According to the TCC, his condition is currently stable, and doctors are providing the necessary assistance.

The recruitment centre also called on citizens to behave in a balanced and law-abiding manner.
