«As a result of Russian attacks and very low temperatures, Kyiv has become a frontline city. In fact, it is now the front line. And people are still forced to survive with only 1-3 hours of electricity a day. And many are still freezing in their apartments,» she said.

The diplomat added that the situation remains difficult in the face of sub-zero temperatures, and the end of winter could partially alleviate the situation.
