In April 2023, Ukrainians, including pensioners who receive social benefits, will receive special financial assistance in the amount of UAH 1,500. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Who will receive assistance

The programme will be aimed at consumers of diesel, petrol and automotive gas in Ukraine and will be implemented through a cashback system. This will help to offset part of the fuel costs, which will be an important step in supporting Ukrainians.
