On the evening of 29 March, Russians struck Kramatorsk. As a result of the shelling, a truck caught fire and the structures of a warehouse building on the territory of a local enterprise were destroyed. Later, during another shelling, containers in the city's market caught fire.
Rescuers' work under fire
While extinguishing the fire at the market, the enemy made two repeated attacks on the site. The area of the fire was 130 sq m. Despite the direct threat to life, the SES personnel continued to work. Firefighters completely extinguished the fire, and none of the rescuers were injured.

Kramatorsk is regularly shelled by Russian forces. The city is located on the frontline in Donetsk Oblast. The SES has repeatedly reported working under fire and the risks to rescuers.
