After a rainy start to the month, the synoptic situation has changed: a high pressure field has formed over most regions - a no precipitation is expected on 3 October, however Fog and frost on the ground are possible in the morning (in the west, in some places, down to 0...-3°C in the air). Temperature: from +9...+12°C in the west to +15...+19°C in the east and south-east, in Crimea to +20°С.
