Head of the Office of the President Kirill Budanov said., He said that manual management of government processes creates favourable conditions for corruption schemes. He stressed that such a system allows individuals to influence decision-making in their own interests.
Budanov noted that it is manual management that creates an environment where corruption has the most opportunities to develop. He called it «fertile ground» for abuse.

The head of the OP stressed the importance of eliminating the so-called «telephone law» - informal influence on government decisions. According to him, this is a key step to narrow the space for abuse.
Budanov is convinced that transparent, clear and uniform rules make it much more difficult for corrupt practices to take place.
