Putin in military uniform: new plans for an offensive
President of Russia Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the military leadership, appearing before the cameras in military uniform. During his address, he claimed that strategic initiative in the area of the so-called «special military operation» allegedly lies entirely with the Russian forces.

According to Putin, work is continuing on the creation of the so-called «security zone» in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions. He said that he had discussed the objectives for the summer period with the military command, which involve stepping up offensive operations.
The intensive strikes on Ukraine are set to continue
Separately, the Kremlin chief stated the need to continue massive strikes on the territory of Ukraine.
“The intensive strikes must continue,” he said.
Putin also instructed officials to analyse the role of Ukraine’s partner countries, which, he claimed, were allegedly encouraging Kyiv to continue hostilities.
