The ARMA Commission for the Appointment of Complex Asset Managers has selected «Prioritas« Law Firm LLC as the administrator of the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group, which includes the »Morshynska« and »Mirgorodska« brands. The group’s estimated value in August stood at around 8 billion hryvnia. The winning firm has three employees and plans to engage specialists on an outsourcing basis.

The Commission’s decision and the terms of the competition
The minutes of the commission’s meeting on 21 September were approved on 23 September. The commission responsible for appointing a manager for complex assets is chaired by Ukraine’s Business Ombudsman Anka Feldhusen.
IDS Ukraine is one of the largest producers of bottled water in Ukraine. Its consolidated turnover for 2025 amounted to approximately 7.4 billion UAH, and the group’s companies employ around 3,000 people.
First of all ARMA rejected the proposal from the asset management company «Ukrcapital», which had offered a fee of 0.01% of net profit. The agency then considered the next-highest bid: «Prioritas» offered 0.9%.
The analysis of the tender documentation indicates that the tenderer did not properly take into account certain mandatory tax payments, and there are discrepancies in the calculation of the expected remuneration. The draft contract obliges the manager to insure the assets in favour of ARMA for their full appraised value. At the same time, the documents submitted by «Prioritas» state that there is no suitable insurance product available on the market.
The winning company’s performance figures and business model
According to Ukrainian media reports, citing public registers and financial statements, the authorised capital of «Prioritas» amounts to 1,000 UAH. The law firm employs three people, and its net profit for 2025 amounted to 8,400 UAH.
In its justification for the proposal, the bureau stated that it would not establish separate organisational units and did not plan to significantly increase its workforce. It intends to use existing staff to manage the asset and to engage specialists on an outsourcing basis.
