Deferrals will become automatic

Ukraine will automate the registration of deferrals from mobilisation from 1 November

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to full digitalisation of the process of applying for and extending deferrals from mobilisation.
The relevant decision will come into force from 1 November 2025, The MP said. Alexander Sviridenko.

«All postponements will now be issued automatically in digital format. 80% of them - through the “Reserve+” application, the rest - in any ASC,» he said.

How the system will work

• “Reserve+” automatically checks data on the status of a citizen, grounds for deferral, certificates from the place of work or study.

• If the information is confirmed the deferral is issued without the involvement of the transfer pricing company.

• If a personal inspection is required, the documents can be submitted through the ASC.

The system is integrated with registers of the Ministry of Defence, tax authorities, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Pension Fund, This will avoid paper certificates and duplication of requests.

The purpose of the reform

The new format aims to simplify the procedure for citizens, to reduce the burden on territorial recruitment centres and eliminate corruption risks.

«This is another step in the digitalisation of military registration - the state is moving from queues and certificates to a transparent, automatic system,» the government representative said.
