NABU uncovers bribery scheme in Energoatom's structure«
National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine exposed systemic bribery in a branch «Atomenergomash», which is part of the state-owned enterprise «Energoatom».
According to the investigation, Deputy Director of the branch systematically received undue benefits from a private company, a contractor of the enterprise.
The mechanism of kickbacks from contractors
The official demanded a «percentage» for timely payment for work performed and Non-interference with the performance of contracts.
In June - November 2025, it received approximately UAH 1.67 million, а the total amount of the unlawful benefit exceeds UAH 6.6 million.
Law enforcement response
The official was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
She is being served with a notice of suspicion for ч. 3 of Art. 368 of the CCU (obtaining an unlawful benefit by an official).
The NABU reported that investigative actions are ongoing, and other possible participants in the corruption scheme are identified.
