According to the State Emergency Service, Russian attacks on the Koryukivka district began on the evening of 24 August and continued throughout the night.

The State Emergency Service reports fires in various areas road and forestry organisations, as well as private companies. Consequently, strikes were recorded at several locations across the Koryukivka district.
The local publication «Chernihiv Region Information Portal» describes the events as a massive an attack by enemy UAVs and also reports that several businesses in the community have been affected.
The exact extent of the material damage has not yet been disclosed.

Despite the extensive fires and damage to facilities, No reports of fatalities or injuries had been received by the rescue services.
Units from the State Emergency Service were working at the sites of the strikes, clearing up the aftermath of the attack and putting out the fires.

In recent months, Russian troops have repeatedly attacked businesses, civilian buildings and infrastructure in the area.
