Since the evening of 7 September, Russia has been launching a massive attack on the Kyiv region using jet-powered drones, ballistic missiles and rockets. In Bila Tserkva, a man sustained shrapnel wounds, whilst in five districts of the region, homes, businesses, warehouses and vehicles have been damaged. Rescue workers and emergency services have been deployed to the affected areas.

According to the Air Force, Russia has deployed 142 attack drones against Ukraine since 22:00 on 7 September. As of 08:30, air defence forces had, according to preliminary data, shot down or neutralised 112 of them. The military also reported that 26 UAVs had struck seven locations; these figures relate to the whole country.
Damage was reported in five districts of the region
In the Brovary district, three private homes and a car were damaged. In the Boryspil district, a warehouse, a business premises and seven lorries.
In the Fastiv district, three private properties were damaged, and in the Obukhiv district, a private house was damaged. In the Bila Tserkva district, an industrial and warehouse building, two blocks of flats and a private property were damaged.
