Rescue workers, medical staff, law enforcement officers and utility services were on the ground.
All the fires have been put out
Fires broke out in the city following the strikes. Emergency services contained and extinguished all the fires.
Experts are continuing to inspect the damaged buildings, document the consequences of the attack and determine the full extent of the damage.
An emergency response centre has been set up for residents of the affected buildings, where they can receive assistance and advice on what to do next. The city authorities announced the establishment of this centre immediately after the attack.
