Rescue workers withdrew from the fire due to the threat of further explosions

Firefighting operations took place intermittently. Due to the risk of further outbreaks, the crews withdrew to a safe distance on several occasions, before returning to the source of the fire. The extent of the damage to the warehouse is currently being assessed.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have also carried out strikes on port and energy infrastructure in the Mykolaiv region. Mykolaiv was attacked with Shahed drones and «Parcel».
Following the strike on the power facility, there were temporary power cuts in Mykolaiv and in communities in the Mykolaiv and Bashtanka districts. Power companies subsequently restored the electricity supply.
