On the evening of 19 September, Russian troops attacked Dnipro. The strike caused a fire at the «Novy Kontinent» shopping centre; two people are reported to have been injured. Windows were shattered in several nearby buildings, and the emergency services are on the scene.
A shopping centre caught fire in Dnipro
