On the night of 30 July, a Russian missile struck a private house in the village of Radushne, in the Novopil community of the Kryvyi Rih district. The victims were found after the rubble had been cleared away
The strike occurred in the residential area of Radushne. The missile destroyed a house where a large family was staying. Rescue workers, medics, law enforcement officers and utility services were working at the site of the strike, clearing the rubble and surveying the surrounding area.
Once the search operation had been completed, the regional authorities confirmed the number of fatalities and the identities of those who had died. Among them were a six-year-old girl, two boys aged 11 and 17, and three adults.
Among those injured are a 49-year-old woman and two boys, aged six and 15, who are in hospital in a moderately serious condition. The rest of the injured will be treated as outpatients.
The night-time attacks also affected the Nikopol district
In the Nikopol district Russian troops launched an attack during the night Drones struck the communities of Nikopol, Chervonohryhorivka, Myrivka and Marganetsk. A petrol station was damaged.
A 26-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were injured; both will receive outpatient treatment. In total, six people were killed and a further ten were injured in the overnight attacks in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The strike on Radushne was the worst incident of the night in the region: all those killed were in a single residential building. Local authorities and law enforcement agencies are assessing the damage in the private sector.
The Kryvyi Rih region was the scene of the night’s greatest tragedy
