The Odessa city authorities have declared 21 July a day of mourning for those who lost their lives as a result of Russian attacks.
On the day of mourning, national flags and city flags with black ribbons are to be flown at half-mast on the buildings of government bodies, local authorities, businesses and organisations. Organisations have also been advised to limit the use of music and the holding of entertainment events.
