Russian Federation opens case against Durov over Telegram
Founder of the Telegram messenger Pavel Durov has become a defendant in a new criminal investigation in Russia. This was reported by the Russian special services.

The intelligence service also claims that opposition forces and Western intelligence services may be preparing actions aimed at destabilising the situation in Russia through the platform.
