As of the morning of 25 March, the 1491st day of Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine is underway. Over the past day, the following was recorded 191 combat clash. Ukrainian troops are holding their positions and inflicting losses on the enemy.
Large-scale enemy shelling and attacks
Over the past day, Russian troops launched 1 missile attack, used 30 rockets, 69 air strikes and dropped 218 guided aerial bombs. The use of 9,879 kamikaze drones and 4,049 attacks on populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops were recorded, 111 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
Air strikes were carried out on the settlements of Dnipropetrovs'k and Zaporizhzhya regions: Ivanivka, Prosyana, Orly, Pokrovske, Novoselivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Svitla Dolyna, Kopani, Svoboda, Yegorivka, Lisne, Orikhiv and Shyroke.
Current situation at the front
A total of 191 combat engagements took place yesterday. In the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 77 attacks, including 3 with the use of MLRS, and 4 air strikes from 10 aircraft. One enemy attack was recorded.
In the South Slobozhansky direction the enemy tried to break through the defences in the area of Vovchansk and Okhrimivka four times. In the Kupyansk sector, five attacks were registered in the direction of Petropavlivka, Novoosynove, Novoplatonivka and Kurylivka.
On the Liman direction The enemy attacked nine times in the areas of Tverdokhlibove, Serednye, Lyman and Droysheve. In the Slavic sector, five attacks were repelled in the areas of Yampil, Zakitne, Platonivka and Pazenove.
In the Kramatorsk sector the enemy made four attempts to storm the area of Minkivka, Malynivka and Vyrolyubivka. In the Kostyantynivka sector, 39 attacks were registered in the direction of Kostyantynivka, Pleshchyivka, Illinivka, Ivanopillia, Oleksandr-Shultine, Stepanivka, Sofiyivka, Rusyn Yar and Novopavlivka.
In the Pokrovske direction Ukrainian defenders stopped 47 assaults in the areas of Nikanorivka, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Molodetske, Filiya, Nove Shakhove, Novopidhorodne, Novopavlivka, Bilytske, Shevchenko.
In the Oleksandrivske direction The enemy attacked 8 times in the areas of Ternove, Krasnohirske, Zlahoda, and Pryvillia. In the Huliaipil sector, 22 attacks took place in the direction of Dobropillia, Staroukrainka, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Varvarovka, Myrne and Olenokostiantynivka.
On the Orikhivska and Prydniprovska directions no enemy offensive actions were recorded. There were no signs of enemy offensive groups forming in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
Actions of the Ukrainian Defence Forces
The missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces hit one important target of the Russian invaders over the past day. Ukrainian troops continue to systematically destroy the enemy in all areas of the frontline and are putting up effective resistance.
