According to Alexey Sobolev, The fuel cashback programme remains targeted. Every day, Ukrainians are credited UAH 20 million for fuel purchases.
Each participant can receive no more than UAH 1 thousand per month. The money is used to pay for utilities.
Who can get help
The Minister stressed that the programme is used by those who really need it. The thesis that only owners of expensive cars receive cashback is not true.
The government has set a limit on the amount of cashback per user to ensure that aid is targeted.

The programme was introduced amid rising fuel prices. The opposition proposed alternative options for supporting the population, but the government opted for targeted assistance through cashback.
