Defence Forces of Ukraine Two launchers belonging to the Russian S-400 air defence missile system were destroyed in the Bryansk Oblast of the Russian Federation. The strikes took place on 16 September and during the night of 16–17 September. A training and launch site for attack drones in the Donetsk area, as well as supply depots and areas where Russian troops were concentrated, were also targeted. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Two S-400 launchers were hit in the Bryansk region
According to the General Staff, two launchers complex S-400 Triumph« were hit near the village of Vygoichi in the Bryansk Oblast of Russia. The extent of the damage caused to the facilities has not yet been specified.
The Bryansk Region is being used by Russian forces, in particular as one of the launch sites for missiles targeting Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported that during a massive attack on the night of 17 September, Russia used «Iskander-M»/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missiles from the Bryansk and Voronezh regions.
A drone launch site near Donetsk was attacked
Another target was the location the storage, preparation and deployment of Russian attack drones in the area of the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk. The General Staff confirmed that it had been destroyed.
This is not the first strike against relevant infrastructure in the area around the city. Throughout September, the General Staff reported on numerous attacks on storage areas and the deployment of Russian attack UAVs near Donetsk.
Warehouses in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions have been hit
The defence forces also carried out strikes against the logistical infrastructure of Russian troops in the temporarily occupied territories.
У Kurakhivka and Nova Mar’ivka in the Donetsk region, as well as in Luhansk The occupiers’ logistics depots have been hit.
Such facilities are used to stockpile and supply military units with machinery, equipment, spare parts and other essential resources.
Areas where Russian troops are concentrated came under attack
A number of strikes were directed at the positions of Russian military personnel.
The General Staff reported that the target had been hit areas where enemy forces are concentrated in Strilkove, Kherson Oblast, and Druzhne, Luhansk Oblast.
The exact casualties on the Russian side and the final outcome of the strikes have not yet been disclosed.
The General Staff stated that the Defence Forces are continuing operations against key Russian military targets and the logistics networks of Russian troops.
