The Ukrainian company Fire Point has stated that its drones and missiles struck at least 50 Russian targets during the first two weeks of September. Among these, the company cited oil refineries, ships, air defence systems and energy infrastructure. Separately, it reported that an FP-5 «Flamingo» strike had hit «Volgogradpromproekt», where satellite images showed damage to a production building.

The list is dominated by vessels and energy-related facilities
According to Fire Point, the bulk of the reported damage was caused by attack drones aircraft-type FP-1 and FP-2. The company listed one logistics centre, six oil refineries and oil depots, four industrial facilities, two military-industrial complex facilities, five radar stations and four anti-aircraft missile systems as targets.
The largest categories in the published breakdown are 16 vessels and 11 energy facilities. All the detailed categories together total 49 items, whilst the company reported at least 50 targets hit.
FP-5 «Flamingo» missiles struck a factory in Volgograd
Separately, Fire Point reported the use of the FP-5 long-range cruise missile «Flamingo» at the «Volgogradpromproekt» facility in Volgograd. The attack took place on the night of 11 September; the company reported that missiles had struck the facility and that a fire had broken out. The Governor of the Volgograd Region Andriy Bocharov reported that debris had fallen on the premises of an industrial plant in the region.
Satellite images released later showed damage to the «Volgogradpromproekt» production building. According to «Military», a single missile completely destroyed a section of the main workshop measuring approximately 20 by 15 metres.
«Volgogradpromproekt» operates in the field of speciality chemicals and manufactures organophosphorus compounds, flame retardants, resins and other chemical components. According to Ukrainian sources, the company has links to the Russian military-industrial complex. The US added the company to its sanctions list in December 2023 as part of measures targeting Russia’s military-industrial and manufacturing base.
