
Erdogan tells Putin that partial cessation of strikes on energy facilities and ports could lead to peace
During the talks in Turkmenistan, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told the Russian leader that A partial ceasefire on Ukrainian energy facilities and ports could be a step towards a peaceful settlement.
According to Turkey's official communication agency, Erdogan stressed that de-escalation in these areas «could create conditions for further steps towards peace» and restore the possibility of political negotiations.
