The October figure is higher than the September reallocation
On 4 September, the government announced that 33.6 billion hryvnias would be allocated for payments to military personnel and their families. Of this amount, 25.9 billion hryvnias was earmarked for the monthly pay of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel, with a further 7.7 billion hryvnias set aside for one-off payments in the event of death, disability or partial loss of working capacity.
The new allocation exceeds the September reallocation by more than 16 billion hryvnias.
