Combat Bonus System
During their service, military personnel will receive various payments: 20,000 hryvnias as a basic allowance, 10,000 hryvnias for each day spent at their posts, 20,000 hryvnias for each day of assault operations, and 40,000 hryvnias for each day of an assault. It is important to note that these payments apply to both conscripts and contract soldiers, which underlines the equal conditions for all defenders.
The gradual discharge of military personnel
By the end of the year, the gradual retirement of those with the longest service in the Defence Forces is set to begin. This reflects a renewal of personnel and the army’s adaptation to new conditions of service characterised by increased demands and responsibilities.
