This was announced by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko. According to the State Border Guard Service, infrastructure is being modernised in several areas, including transport routes and training grounds, which increases the potential for military use in the future.
The SBGS notes that such actions by Minsk may be part of a strategy of long-term cooperation with Moscow, given the status of Belarus as a key ally of Russia since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine.
