Footage released shows smoke billowing from the damaged section of the high-rise building. Details regarding casualties and the extent of the damage are currently being confirmed.
The strike took place in the Arcadia area
A drone struck a residential building in a densely built-up area Odessa. A photograph taken at the scene shows smoke on one of the upper floors of the high-rise building.
Preliminary reports suggest that the blast has damaged flats and the building’s façade. The exact extent of the fire and the number of flats that have been damaged have not yet been established.
Rescue workers, paramedics, police officers and other emergency services are due to arrive at the scene. Once the fire has been brought under control, experts will be able to inspect the damaged flats and check whether anyone is still inside.

As of the time of publication, there is no official information regarding any fatalities or injuries. It is also unknown whether the residents of the block were evacuated.
