The TrophyLab platform: access to Russian weapons technology
TrophyLab It will function as a secure information hub. Data collected by the Ukrainian military and researchers during combat operations will be collated here. Partners will be able to examine in detail:
- Russian cruise missiles and ballistic missiles;
- Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV);
- Electronic warfare (EW) and air defence (AD) systems;
- Other state-of-the-art Russian weapons.
«This will help us find effective solutions more quickly to counter the Russian Federation and will strengthen our joint efforts to secure victory for Ukraine,» said a spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence.
Information for authorised users
Military departments, defence companies and research institutes in partner countries will be granted access to the platform. They will be able to use:
- Technical documentation: diagrams, component specifications;
- Research findings: reports on the «dissection» of trophies, analysis of microchips;
- Analysis: an assessment of the Russian Federation’s military weaknesses.
Why is TrophyLab important to the international community?
Most Western defence developments have so far been based on theoretical assessments. TrophyLab is changing this paradigm. Real-world samples and their detailed analysis will enable Western arms manufacturers to modernise their air defence, electronic warfare and aviation systems, thereby enhancing security in the Euro-Atlantic region. The platform will become a vital tool in the fight against Russian aggression.
