The façade features in the photographs resemble the branding of the transport and logistics company ITECO. Its official contact details in Bashkortostan list a road transport company in the Iglinsky District, not in the Chishminsky District. A single hub could also have several tenants or operators.

The Russian authorities had previously announced plans to develop warehousing and distribution centres for food and non-food goods in the area; the «Agrotechnology Centre» site is earmarked for the construction of a logistics centre.
