Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported on the consequences of the attack. Civilian infrastructure came under attack
According to Oleg Kipper, during the night, Russian troops carried out massive attack to the southern part of the Odesa region.
Among the damaged sites are — a two-storey residential building, a medical facility, a hotel, a non-food retail shop and a warehouse for storing grain crops.
Footage released by the Odesa Regional State Administration shows significant damage to one of the buildings: the roof and structural elements are partially destroyed, and a fire has broken out inside.

The State Emergency Service reported that the following were also damaged as a result of Russian strikes production hall, storage facilities and lorries.

At the same time, following a series of Russian attacks on Odesa and the surrounding region on the evening of 26 September and during the night of 27 September One person was killed and two other men were injured. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the victims are aged 36 and 45; both were hospitalised, and the older man’s condition was described as serious.
Law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings under the section of the law concerning breaches of the laws and customs of war resulting in the death of a person.
Kiliya was also attacked during the night
Separately, the Izmail District State Administration reported an attack on Kiliya. Port and civilian infrastructure came under attack there. According to the district authorities, there were no casualties in this area, and the fire was extinguished by the emergency services.
The attack thus affected several locations in the Odesa region, impacting industrial and warehouse facilities as well as residential, medical and commercial infrastructure.
