The Rezerv+ app may be temporarily unavailable at night between 18 and 22 July due to technical maintenance. This was announced by the Ministry of Defence on the evening of 17 July. The ministry clarified that the service will be operational during the day, whilst any interruptions at night may last one to two hours. Users are advised to save a PDF version of their military registration document in advance.
Briefly about the main points
- Night-time maintenance work will take place from 18 to 22 July.
- Service interruptions for Reserve+ may last one or two hours.
- During the day, the app should operate as normal.
- The Ministry of Defence advises you to download the PDF version of the document in advance.
- PDFs can be uploaded to the app via the «+» button on the home screen.
How to prepare a document whilst the work is in progress
The Ministry of Defence recommends that users keep a PDF copy of their military registration document. Where possible, they are also advised to print it out so that they can quickly confirm their status should the app be temporarily unavailable.
To download the file, on the home screen Reserve+. You need to click «+» and select the «Download PDF» option. Once the technical work is complete, all services should return to normal.
What information does an electronic document contain?
The electronic military registration document in Reserve+ shows details of your military registration status, as well as information on any deferrals or reservations — if applicable. It may also indicate any breaches of registration rules and the date of the last data update.
The app retrieves this information from the «Amulet». Reserve+ itself is an interface for accessing the register’s data, so the fact that the app is unavailable at night does not mean that the military registration system has stopped working.
When might you be asked to show your ID?
A military registration document may be in electronic or paper form. During mobilisation, authorised representatives of the Territorial Recruitment Centre, the police and the State Border Guard Service may request to see it, together with proof of identity.
Therefore, the advice to save the PDF serves a practical purpose: it can reduce the risk of inconvenience whilst Reserve+ is undergoing maintenance.
